Pam Feder Castillo is a Licensed NLP™ Practitioner. She maintains an active membership in The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and has received her NLP training from master trainers, including the co-founder of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler.
Prior to founding the Clarity Institute, Pam has been a managing partner in a successful commercial enterprise, which realizes revenues in excess of over a million dollars annually. Pam’s entrepreneurial interests have marked her success in the small business world including consultancy and ownership in several companies. With her "what ever it takes" creative approach to problem solving, her higher education including a double major in Philosophy and Comparative Religion, her 20+ years of experience in Management, Marketing, and Advertising, Pam’s unwavering passion lies in inspiring others to greatness.
Since earning her NLP™ Practitioner Certification, she has founded the Clarity Institute, presenting seminars on a variety of coaching strategies including the famous Seduction 2000 and maintains a private practice for personal development issues. Pam communicates at all levels and her clientele has included corporations, individuals, musicians, performers, International painters and other artists.
Pam’s rapport is quick witted and humorous with a genuine commitment to helping people. She is a strong believer in the principal that we all have the resources within us to achieve our full potential. Many of her clients have reported that they now feel inspired and empowered to do just that.
